Psychometrician

Maneesha (she/her) is an integral part of our evaluation team, serving as a psychometrician who partners with staff psychologists to conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations. She works closely with clients throughout the assessment process, supporting test administration with care, attunement, and clinical insight.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science with a focus on Machine Learning and Neural Computation from the University of California, San Diego, and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Adler University in Chicago. She is currently completing her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Adler University with an emphasis on Neuropsychology.
Maneesha has clinical experience across inpatient and outpatient settings, including neuropsychological testing, therapy, and consultation on acute cognitive changes. Her approach integrates neurological, emotional, and relational dimensions of a person’s experience and is grounded in psychodynamic and relational frameworks. She emphasizes understanding patterns of relating, underlying meaning, and developmental context, while incorporating structured, skills-based interventions when helpful.
Her areas of special interest include therapeutic assessment of neurodevelopmental presentations, trauma-informed care, and the influence of early relationships on development. Maneesha works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating attention concerns, autism spectrum presentations, trauma, identity development, and adjustment challenges.
